Cancellations
Trips can be cancelled a maximum of 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure. Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before the departure date.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original payment method, within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account to ensure the refund has not been credited.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often a processing time involved in posting a refund.
